Employees were nice in person and by phone, but I didn't get what I paid for at all. I called and got information to have some family photos restored and copied. I paid $71 thinking I'd give the restored copies as gifts. I waited a week and picked up the photos in the evening. The next morning I looked at the "restored" photos and found no restoration had occurred, but the photos were slightly enlarged.
