I stayed at Holland House for a year, from August 2022 until August 2023 (for a duration of my contract with a nearby college) and was impressed by how exceptionally well the housing complex was managed. I was looking for a safe neighborhood, a furnished one-bedroom apartment that allowed pets, and proximity to stores and public transportation. Holland House met all these criteria. I selected this apartment for my daughter's summer internship from May to August, 2023. We visited this apartment in April, Bill provided me detail of apartment and city environment. Apartment provided new bed and fully equipped kitchen, electric, water and cable are covered in rental. We moved out this month and security deposit was sent back to me whiteout any penalty.

These are very nice garden-style apartments offering some short-term rentals and furnished units. The residents are pleasant and the grounds are well-cared for. It is an older complex, but the buildings and units are well-maintained. The property manager is very communicative, hardworking, and ensures a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
