I have been fighting with Holland Bulb for a couple of months after purchasing a collection of tall cannas. All are big enough and blooming to show that over half are dwarf. I had a greenhouse business for over 27 years and know that a canna at or under 24" is a dwarf. It doesnt matter how many pictures I send their story changes each time to make it look like its my mistake not theirs. They did admit that they do not package the cannas. Ordered 6 upright elephant ear bulbs, 4 looked OK, 1 was sketchy, and 1 was so dried out it crumbled in to two halves. Contacted company and they requested a pic. I sent pic of the two dried out halves and they said they would replace it. The replacement was dried out just as badly therefore I cannot recommend this company. Their quality control is lacking, even when sending a replacement. Ive had previously bad experiences as well, but chose not to deal with it.

If I could give zero stars I would ......looks like great site seems like great company . shop elsewehere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bought many stargazer lillys from them and that is not what grew !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! made call to customer service, sent my pics .......and then nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter how many calls or emails you send you get nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish i had read reviews before wasting my time effort in planting and my $$$$$$$$$$$$

Well, this is the second time I have ordered Toad Lilies from Holland Bulb Farms and they once again failed to grow. The first time was through Amazon. After receiving the miniscule roots I planted them outside, however, there was an unexpected snowfall so when they didn't grow I thought it would be unfair to ask for a refund or credit since in essence mother nature was at fault. Very disappointed in plant quality and customer service. We bought $125.00 worth of Honeysuckle plants in spring of 2021. They arrived looking half dead, but we thought by getting them into the group and babying them, might bring them back to life. We were told be patient as the first year the plants basically sleeps.They were not, sleeping they were dead! When we tried to get them replaced they sent us 1 plant, but we had ordered 12plants. Been waiting over a month for an Amaryllis bulb. I keep emailing them and I keep getting their canned response that it's gone to shipping. I don't think they actually have a person looking at the emails. Will never buy from them again!

They refused to honor their Guarantee. Would NOT replace the tiny terrible Poppy with a reasonable item. NOR give a refund.

Do NOT buy from Holland bulb. I bought 6 packages of 4 different varieties of Cannas. The pictures on web had huge flowers in red, pink, red with yellow border and a different pink. Same on the packages when they arrived. I planted them in containers, marked the variety. Anticipated the big blossoms. What I got, were very small, dull looking orange blossoms, from absolutely every plant. No variety what ever. Regarding Holland Bulb company: I was trying to figure out how to interpret my online order and realized I needed to revise it. I called Customer Service, spoke with a young man named Jacob.
