Unprofessional, does NOT return crucial phone calls or get back to you. She is a man hater and extremely unfair. Get's confused very easily and doesn't comprehend what's going on. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am the mother of a child she represented and she admitted that she hates men!! That was one of the first things she told me right off the bat!! She is great. I would hands down recommend her to ANYONE. You do need to know the law and the bounds by which EVERYONE, including your lawyers, are stuck with. Lawyers cannot go against any law either, they can file a motion to have something modified if its in an agreement of some sort but they are a human being bound just like you are. The person who gave 1 star doesn't understand the law. Sure the state has to dismiss its case, but then it just files a new one. Do you honestly think that the state lets child abusers keep their kids because the wheels of justice turn slowly? No. It isn't like a criminal case where the defendant wins on "technicalities." The best interest of the kids is all that matters, and there is no time limit.
This attorney works against you.. not with you.When you get to court,she doesnt know what she's doing.After we lost our case, we found out later all she had to do was ask for a dismissal based on the grounds that the state was well past their timeline by law so they should have dismissed the case and returned my grandchild but since she didnt ask for a dismissal, and we didnt know the law, we lost custody to the state.
