Wildly incompetent and not trustworthy. I booked with the psychiatrist that is plastered all over their website. First they changed the person I would be seeing without telling me (I only noticed in my patient portal), then they randomly cancelled the appointment due to "provider unavailability." I know what that means- vacation. They cancelled it a day before the appointment, and I had already taken time off work.
Contacted several times asking to communicate with their "Veterans Care Coordinator" and they never responded. One girl was very rude. Going elsewhere.
Ana (therapist) is great and helped me. Med manager left the practice after seeing her twice and it was difficult scheduling with the new one. You can text to make appointments which I really liked. I reached out May 4th, May 5th, and May 7th, and didn’t get a response until I messaged again on the 7th. I was then informed my therapist was off all next week. I felt defeated and frustrated and never went back.
Too much chaos.
