Ana (therapist) is great and helped me. Med manager left the practice after seeing her twice and it was difficult scheduling with the new one. You can text to make appointments which I really liked. I reached out May 4th, May 5th, and May 7th, and didn’t get a response until I messaged again on the 7th. I was then informed my therapist was off all next week. I felt defeated and frustrated and never went back.
Too much chaos.
Go somewhere else.
I have seen 4 different doctors here in less than a year and I am being told again that I need to transfer to their new person. Of course this person is amazing and going to stay around awhile-like I haven't heard that several times already. And this person is not even located in Iowa so you will never meet them in person. My pharmacy and I both have been requesting refills of my medication for almost a month and they will not respond or even answer the phone.
