I give them one star. They do not return phone calls or emails. I went in with a problem and came out worse. I am now on crutches because I can't even put wait on my heel. A total waist of $400.
I've been a patient of Dr. Becky's for years and am thrilled that she opened this amazing new practice! The breadth of options provided to treat various issues offers something for everyone (I'm obsessed with the IR sauna!). And her ability to see through symptoms to uncover the root causes of long-term issues is truly astounding. On top of all that, her staff makes you feel welcome each and every visit. Excellent practice and patient experience!!
I LOVE this facility & the staff! I have already lost 2 pounds in 48 hours!!! Dr. Becky ran a micronutrient panel on me to identify my baseline vitamins and minerals...I was low, or completely depleted in several areas. I had my first session of IV's: Ozone, NAD and Vitamins yesterday. I feel fantastic today, full of energy and walked an hour instead of thirty minutes for exercise. I am so happy to have a naturopathic physician that is so knowledgeable and professional, yet, personable and approachable.
I had my first Ozone IV plus Nutrients therapy here. The staff was fantastic, the environment was comfortable, and I didn't have any of the typical anxious feelings associated with a doctor's office (first time I didn't feel nervous getting my blood drawn). I found the IV therapy helpful and I plan to come here again for it in the future.
Dr Becky is awesome, I had metabolic issues and low immune system, feeling tired and weak all the time, I started with ozone therapy and IV treatments and I feel good, strong again, Dr Becky and staff have been really kind and caring with me and my family, she takes the time to explain and go thru every detail regarding your health and what your body really needs, I recommend Dr Becky 100%!
