Friendly helpful staff. Nancy is capable and great to work with.
My experience at this practice was disappointing overall. The provider was okay the appointment itself felt very routine and transactional, not necessarily bad but not particularly thorough or engaging. I didn’t feel much rapport and likely won’t be returning for follow-up care. The larger issue was with the office operations. Communication was inconsistent and slow when I actually needed assistance. The admin staff were able to help me resolve my billing issue and took the time to explain to me the breakdown of my account and I was able to get my appointment scheduled for the same day.
