My experience today: 08/14/2026 has been horrible, since I arrived they only asked me about health insurance, and payments. In the consultation the doctor was busy on the laptop all the time, looking for a place to refer to, barely talking to me, to finally tell me that that office is only for medicines. That he can't attend to me. They only stole $154.65 from me for sitting on a couch and not helping me at all.

I was recommended this facility by some friends, I needed to see a psychiatrist and got right in with a provider. Very smooth interactions and the office staff is awesome!! Dr Bett is great with communication and prescriptions. My provider was recommending TMS therepy ( Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and that experience was totally new for me but Hinal Patel made everything comfortable and was very accommodating with appt changes etc. I highly recommend and I will keep returning. Thank you HOLISTIC PSYCHIATRY!!
I saw a provider at this facility virtually for several months, and she was excellent — responsive, thorough, no complaints there. The administrative side of the practice is a different story. I had a scheduled virtual follow-up appointment after an ER visit, specifically to get guidance on how to safely taper off a medication this practice had prescribed.
