I’ve been attending weekly Physio classes with Pat for the past few years. The supervised maintenance classes are a very positive experience. Pat is a supportive and very knowledgeable practitioner who will do an initial assessment and proceed to help you build up your fitness levels and deal with any existing injuries or niggles you may have.I cannot recommend Pat & HP highly enough.
I’ve been seeing Ryan for the past 6 months following a snowboarding injury, and I highly recommend him. He’s a great physio who actively listens and supports his patients throughout all the hurdles injuries bring. All the staff are very lovely and have made the practice a safe and friendly environment.
