Stephanie is amazing!! Truly. I am a massage therapist and powerlifter. I have chronic low back pain from a ruptured disc injury 6 years ago and the MFR (MyoFacsial Release) massage I received helped me TREMENDOUSLY!! My back hasn't felt this pain-free in a long time. I HIGHLY recommend this treatment for anyone struggling with chronic pain/tension. I will definitely be coming back :)

Stephanie did a unique flow of well applied stretches to my neck that chased out some tension I had been struggling with for some time. The room is a repurposed feed cilo, cozy and charming. Highly recommend this for mental and physical health.
Clean, comfortable, and very unique barn space—loved it! Friendly and competent therapist. I felt listened to and cared for. I will definitely return!
After shoulder surgery, once I was able to I contacted Stephanie for a massage to loosen the skin and the soft tissue, and it helped tremendously in being able to move my shoulder even more and have more mobility. She was great and I’m going for my third appointment next week.
