I am so glad that I embarked on the full Hellerwork series with Greer! I didn’t realize what a comprehensive experience it was going to be- not only amazing bodywork, but deep, meaningful inner work dialogue, as well as helpful self care strategies to keep my body functioning well even after the sessions are complete. Greer has not only an astounding depth of knowledge about the interconnectedness of all parts of the body, but also a kind and gentle spirit that makes the sessions something I actually looked forward to.
