I have been seeing Keren for over a year and she's been an incredible help for my mental and physical health. Even last week, my face swelled up and I was quite sick. The doctors ran multiple bloods, but they couldn't figure out what it was. I went to see Keren; we talked like we usually do, she held some points, and my face was back to normal within 2 hours of the visit. Any time I am feeling off, I'll go to Keren, and I recommend her for anyone who is feeling stuck with their health.
I have been seeing Keren for a while now and her sessions have helped me so much, she is an incredibly gifted healer and teacher. I always walk out of our sessions feeling so much better! She addresses everything that comes up, heals with many techniques and uses her knowledge and skills to give me the tools to move forward with my life. Karen is delicate, attentive, caring and really understands your needs. I like the variety of her high quality treatments: EMDR, kinesiology, reiki, visualizations... We always start with personal affirmations and goals, a toolkit you keep after the session. Sessions are great, I would highly recommend!
Keren is a special type of healer, when I have a visit with her I get a sense of clarity and guidance that feels like its been missing from my mindset. She has a way to get you to open up emotionally, but at the same time extremely supported. During a session its a safe space to be very honest with how you are feeling when it comes to processing emotions on life and what's weighing you down. I always leave as though a weight has been lifted, I Can't recommend Keren enough, she's amazing!
