4/7/26 Week 2 of my attempt to make a new patient appt. I have called multiple times. 1020am this mornin. I just called no answer. Called yesterday 4/6/26 lvm (left voicemail). 4/2/26 Called and left 2 vm (voice mail) Still haven't received a call back. From some of these reviews I can say they do not answer or return calls in a timely manner or at all. I also notice they respond to these. I have decided to find a PCP elsewhere. Times have changed is all I can say. SMH. Do better.

Although the staff is friendly, I find the communication with this office to be unprofessional. In attempting to make an appointment for a medication refill, I was told I needed to be seen and given a date for the following week. It is totally reasonable that I needed to be seen since it had been over two years, however, I was only given the option of next week even though this was my first time hearing I needed to be seen.
