Although the staff is friendly, I find the communication with this office to be unprofessional. In attempting to make an appointment for a medication refill, I was told I needed to be seen and given a date for the following week. It is totally reasonable that I needed to be seen since it had been over two years, however, I was only given the option of next week even though this was my first time hearing I needed to be seen. First class, practice, and top-notch providers! Dr. Thai Ly Took care of my mom during her last week on this earth. He was very responsive, compassionate, and a true medical professional! We were so impressed that my wife and I will be moving to holistic health and beyond for our care. I highly recommend!
Beth and Thai Ly are outstanding! Beth’s friendly and welcoming demeanor lights up the office, and I genuinely appreciate her thoughtful reminder messages for my appointments. Thai Ly, the Nurse Practitioner, is young, approachable, and truly down-to-earth. Thai Ly supportive nature, informative insights, and excellent bedside manner make every visit a pleasure. They are truly the best!
