I have gone here for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it! I have had my sessions with Ms. Yoo and she has been very open and flexible with scheduling. She takes a very relaxing and welcoming approach to our sessions, which has made me feel comfortable with being honest about what I need to work on. Even though she is young, she does well with asking the right questions and finding an alternative approach if the current approach isn't working.
Grace yoo is really funny and nice, helped me feel more comfortable in just the first 20 minutes of meeting her! Shes really easy to talk to, and i even found myself looking forward to therapy.

Ms. M Abass is AMAZING !!! I’ve had my fair share of therapists and she by far is the best. Our sessions flow like normal conversation. It doesn’t feel like a Q&A, I don’t feel analyzed or judged. She gets me, she gives me things to think about, and also helps with resources when I’m in need. I’m incredibly thankful for her as I am transitioning in life. 20/10 would recommend !!
I use to be scared to go to therapy,because of past experiences but Grace has been amazing she gives things to practice and advice to take away so you can practice. I have been feeling more confident in myself in places I haven't seen before.
