Love Connie to death, but her staff is very unprofessional, won’t return calls. Been out of my medication for over a week and they won’t refill without me coming in but can’t get anyone to answer phone to make appointment. Very frustrating.
Two starts because I absolutely love Mrs. Connie but with the administration/front desk my experience has been very disappointing & can very well be one star. I’ve been calling this office for weeks & I was only abled to get through once. No matter the time of day, the phone always goes to voicemail. I’ve been really needing to schedule an appointment. At this point, I may have to find another facility. It’s unfortunate because I’ve seen Mrs. Connie for years. :(
