I had my first craniosacral therapy session with MaryBeth and it may have been one of the best things I have ever done for my health. I went in with zero expectations since I've tried just about everything to treat my muscle pain & tension. It was the most relaxed I have ever been, and in one session was able to completely reset my nervous system and get my muscles to the point of 100% relaxation with hardly any pressure. I've had 2 separate reiki sessions here. Both permanent alleviated pain in my shoulder and sinus. Was a couple months ago, and symptoms have recurred. Such a blessing! Highly recommend to anyone.
