The resort over books and left a softball team, pretty much stranded. Team manager booked 6 months in advance and the reservation was booked by the manager, completely wrong. They are completely unprofessional and do not answer phones or emails. Basically their answer is "nothing we can do, we overbooked" but they had no problem deducting the money for the down payment and deposit.
