HORRIBLE SERVICE - we have tried to book a trip, using one of their worthless vouchers for over a year. They just blow us off. So, today I sent them a cert/mail demand for performance. Either they deliver on the value of the cert or I will file a small claims action. I'll update once this is resolved.

Firefighter/Paramedic ripped off by this company!! – Me and my wife attended a Jockey Club Timeshare presentation in Las Vegas and they gave us 2 tickets to fly to Fl for our vacation. Holiday Travel requested $297 in August 2011 to guarantee a nice trip to Fl in February 2012. We paid right away and started making plans for our trip. Service was outstanding – We had a wonderful full week. We visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and enjoyed the dancing and luau dinner. We did a couple of Island tours, visited Pearl Harbor, the Swap Meet and oh yes, enjoyed the waters at the beach. We met many friendly people from various parts of the world. I cannot recall any customer complaints. – I have been doing business with Rich Romanello and Holiday Travel of America for over eight years. In that time I cannot recall any customer complaints in regard to the Holiday Adventure or Sweeter Dreams certificates. It is very refreshing to find a travel certificate company that knows how to do it right! I look forward to many more years of working with Holiday Travel and their certificate program.
