I have a fondness for beach visits, and live close enough to one that when it comes time for a vacation, it's not as big of a deal as it used to be. I have discovered a great resource that can get me out of the Cali beach rut... Holiday Travel of America has so many time share affiliations and opportunities for vacationers like me ... well, I have decided to do an Orlando, FL trip. I went through a presentation and now I have a travel voucher in hand!

I received my voucher for attending a timeshare presentation last October. I sent in my deposit and request letter and waited until the 3rd week in November to call. I guess they were short handed during the holidays because I couldn't get through during the Thanksgiving week. I waited until January and barely made my deadline. I reached customer service and they were very helpful and walked me through the process. Mailed my "taxes" for my Legoland ticket in April, called and emailed regularly for months -- they always said it was processing and I should check back in a couple weeks -- then once my voucher expired in June they said they never got the check. They told me if I spent $30 to put a stop payment on my $25 check, they could consider reinstating the voucher so that I could start all over (sending another check with my requested dates, which would have to be another 60 days out, etc). I have a travel voucher in hand, for a trip to Hawaii. I am so happy... not bad for a two hour presentation. I was happy with their service, and how they helped open doors of so many different resorts that I could choose from.... Thank you, Holiday Travel of America!

I have been dealing with this company since March 2014. I had some issues with this company in the beginning but it all worked out. I agree with some of the comments. This company does need to have a little more lead way and better communication with their customers. Although the manager fern was not very helpful and stringed me along, Jennifer on the other hand was ok. Horrible company to work with, Liars, don t waste your time. lots of phone calls that get you nowhere! Gave them a second chance and their service was even worse. Customer service is terrible, specially if you get a girl named Chris, well trained in giving negative answers to any question you have. Really difficult to get hold of anybody, and according to them the USPS always loses they re mail. Waste of time, worse company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVERRRR..... this company is absoulety WORTHLESS... customer service members are rude and a year and a half later i'm still waiting to book a trip.
