I am resident for almost 3 years now. I would say I loved here great tower in terms of location, rent, amenities. The management is amazing in terms of communication, work orders. Highly recommend to live here.
This is very bad choice I had taken to move in. Management is irresponsible and never be polite. They just feel we work for them when we go for any request and things will never get sorted. Many issues after moving and fix will be done when they feel. I had been waiting to fix my AC since 1 year and winter came and it's not fixed yet. Then heating was not on and they say it will be scheduled and turned on,which they don't know when. Such a pathetic service
The windows on the top floor need too be washed immediately from the outside theirs faded window streaks all over the windows
the building manager is very hard to deal with, has a bad attitude. I have not yet had one good interaction with her. will be complaining to head office about how tenants are treated by her.
