Lovely staff but the one important thing they have not done is put in a wheelchair or bike accessable entrance into buildings at 160 and 170 Hargrave St. People struggle everyday including me with my bike getting in and out of the bldg. Time to modernize. Now i modernized Nov.2024. I moved into secure bldg with automatic doors.
I have lived at 170 Hargrave for 19 years now and hope to live here for many more years. Recently, there was a major disaster in the building that caused approximately 70 apartments having to move out as soon as possible This has been a very unfortunate and difficult time for many many people I feel the front desk staff are kind and understanding, empathetic, etc.,,, unfortunately, they have bosses to answer just like the rest of us do and that makes their job very difficult. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’m in 170 side I constantly get this disrespect and disgusting behaviour towards me and my door the neighbours are nosey and disgusting they don’t mind there business and the building has done nothing about it what so ever I’d definitely say as a 23 year old female this apartment is disgusting and there unprofessional
Affordable furnished apartment in the heart of downtown. Too many pets in the building.
