This management is kind of useless, except for this one maintenance guy named Shwan. He struck a conversation with me and asked how my day was going. Very polite guy. He is kind, funny and a good person overall!
I pay for the monthly parking pass as I live in the building and there have been multiple vehicle break-ins here recently (at least five that I’m aware of), including repeated smashed windows. My vehicle alone has been broken into twice now. WRE (the company leasing the apartment) owns parking lot #120 and it is managed by Impark. WRE only offers parking at lot #120. No Heat inside the suite more than 10 days! We do not want to sound complaining tenants ,however we are left with no other option. We are leaving inside the suite without heat since october 21st 2025. The maintenance team entered the appartment to do regular maintenance of heating system, however, they informed their is some issue with a fan and 3rd party will take care of it and advise us not to use the system untill the fan is not re-installed. I have been living in this apartment complex for quite some time. Initially, the management was friendly and helpful, but things have taken a disappointing turn recently. The attitude of the management has become unwelcoming and careless toward residents’ needs. One major concern is their recent decision to ban parents and children from waiting in the lobby for the school bus.
