One in today to view an apartment. Was met with a dirt y entrance, with a directory board that was held together with tape. Once you enter the lobby there is no furniture, the floors are dirty and the carpets are ripped, the walls are missing stones, a lot of them actually. It looks really horrible. The gym, if you can call it that, has two or three pieces of equipment in it for 500 apartments. Penthouse living is just horrific - all of us who live on 27th floor have to deal with EXTREME heat through winter - Air is so dry we get nosebleeds and no amount of humidifying works. In summer, the AC does nothing and temperatures reach 27-30*C in the apartments. To top it off, the security for the 2 buildings cannot seem to keep crack & meth addicts from entering and running lose through the hallways. Water is shut off for hours throughout the building every 2 weeks often without any notice at all. Constant deafening fire... read more
