Great facility! These people are very kind! They have huge hearts and will do their best to work with you. They do everything they can to keep the units safe. I highly recommend
I went there to help a old lady friend of mine move her stuff out. I was clearly lost and didn't know where the unit was located. The manager lady ( i could only assume her name was karen,) come out and was telling me if I dont have a unit I need to leave. I tried explaining the person who has the unit is right around the corner with a key and gate code. She began being rude and nasty towards me. Even told me I was basically homeless because I didn't have a car. BUT I DO HAVE 3 VEHICALS.. I tried to explain to her my husband... read more
