I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The staff were unprofessional and tried to pressure me into paying extra money for unclear or hidden services. The environment didn’t feel safe or clean, and the overall experience was uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place — it’s not what they advertise and doesn’t provide honest or respectful customer service.
Just visited Holiday Spa at Kennedy Rd/Steeles Ave. opposite Pacific Mall. This was my 1st time there. I climbed up the stairs to 1st floor. The stair looks old and needs clean up. After I entered the premises, wow the place looks very clean and elegant. The room I entered was very romantic. Cindy, who is the manager and looks pretty, served me personally. Her massage was really amazing. Her touched was so comfortable. She was passionate. No rush thru out the whole process. This Spa is highly recommended.
Tucked away south of the Pacific Mall. Recently renovated. On recommendation I went to visit. Cindy the boss is welcoming and attentive to needs of the client. This in fact is my second visit and the boss Cindy and the latest attendant I had Amy are excellent. Cindy knowledge of various styles of Asian massage is extensive including back walking and Amy is great at Swedish massage. Definitely a must try
