Trash from New England. You can't get anything fixed here and we are going on 5 years and all this stuff was promised to us after we moved in or before we moved in and they have done nothing in 5 years so I would not advise anyone to live in this park sorry but that is the truth
It is a nice place. All the people are very friendly and we feel safe here. Would recommend Holiday Ranch.

It is a great friendly park. We are small so you know most residents. It is safe, quiet, and fun.
