Happy Friendship Day! Today we celebrate our friends and neighbors.
Going on two years that we have lived here. Extremely happy with the up keep of the properties. The folks are extremely friendly and very helpful. I don't know what the person was complaining about the Mass. folks here. We are from MA and keep our screen room nicely decorated and plant flowers out front every year. I have not encountered any riff raff!!
We've lived at Holiday Ranch now for several year and I'm from Iowa. We love it here. Of course, we're very involved. We attend every activity that we possibly can. It's a very small park and therefore it's a little easier to see someone who has a bad attitude. I believe that our little community is improving daily. I bought a unit here. Mistake. The below review are a little over the top yet I understand where they're coming from. The park is saturated with people from New England and there is not a democracy here. It is a dictatorship run by the few for the few. I truly wish I purchased elsewhere.
I lived here and the place is nasty. Nothing gets repaired and the maintenance guys are lazy and rude. Their work is sloppy. Neighbors smile to ur face and stab you in the back. Snotnose Yankee attitude. Canadians are nice Americans are Aholes. Rent is too high for what you get.
