I have to comment on Mr Immerman's post which certainly isn't fair to Holiday Pet Lodge. As a boarding kennel owner myself I can explain Sunday departures a bit better for more understanding. Most boarding facilities only offer Sunday evening hours as a courtesy by pre-arrangement only. Many facilities are not even open on a Sunday evening. The client always pays for that Sunday night. I was so glad to see that Roxie Turner won October 2016 Pet of the Month! I have seen Roxie many times over the years, and she is an amazing dog. Congratulations, Roxie!

Took my dogs, 2 of them, in late Friday afternoon. Picked them up right at 4 o'clock, Sunday. 2 days, right? No, 3 days, because I picked them up after noon. So, I paid for staff to feed my dogs Sunday evening and Monday morning, and paid for the kennel for all night Sunday night, all while they were not there. This is NOT what I was told on the phone prior to bringing them in, and my reservation ended Sunday, not Monday, but 3 days was definitely the story when it came time to pay and pick them up. Always a great place to take my fur babies! I get them groomed regularly and the groomers are always so friendly and nice. All of the girls there are knowledgeable about dogs and you can see their love really show in their handling of our pets!
