The park is declining bad. It took 3 days to clear the snow. Rent has increased 3 times in the past year this year it was $ 130 increase. Limbs falling on homes and cars and park won't do anything. They are only informing rules on certain renters. Since last week I've seen 4 different families move out. Still have not removed leaves from last fall after we were told they would be picked up. I used to love this park but It is absolutely the worst it has been in 12 years.
It's a great place to stay till you find a house to call your own or building one.
