The park is declining bad. It took 3 days to clear the snow. Rent has increased 3 times in the past year this year it was $ 130 increase. Limbs falling on homes and cars and park won't do anything. They are only informing rules on certain renters. Since last week I've seen 4 different families move out. Still have not removed leaves from last fall after we were told they would be picked up. I used to love this park but It is absolutely the worst it has been in 12 years.
It's a great place to stay till you find a house to call your own or building one.

After submitting a formal complaint and escalating to corporate leadership, I was informed that no additional information would be provided. My requests for explanation or an escalation path were not addressed, leaving the renewal terms unexplained. I’m sharing this experience factually for transparency.
