I enjoy this Holiday Estates mobile home it’s so nice close to alot of shops, we love our neighbors- and property manager Yennifer is great!! We are happy residents of this property ;) nice safe area too!

I have lived in this community for nearly 30 years. Over that time, many different managers have come and gone, but we now have a manager who is knowledgeable, organized, and does a good job maintaining communication with residents. Overall, the community has changed for the better. That said, there are still a few areas that need improvement. Llevo viviendo aca 5 años, es un lugar tranquilo, calmado, y privado! Me gusta que es cerca de los freeways y la piscina esta muy bonita y la usamos mucho en verano. Todo esta muy limpio tambien. Gracias.
