The property is very clean and safe, we have been living here for about 9 years and everything has been great. The property manager, Yenniffer is very nice and always answers all questions we have. Thank you!

I enjoy this Holiday Estates mobile home it’s so nice close to alot of shops, we love our neighbors- and property manager Yennifer is great!! We are happy residents of this property ;) nice safe area too!

I have lived in this community for nearly 30 years. Over that time, many different managers have come and gone, but we now have a manager who is knowledgeable, organized, and does a good job maintaining communication with residents. Overall, the community has changed for the better. That said, there are still a few areas that need improvement.
