I bought a CPO CX9 in August 2026. I worked with Sam Voss. He was outstanding. Responded quickly to my questions, communicated regularly and clearly throughout the process, and went the extra mile, literally miles, to meet me halfway between my place in IL and the dealership to get the deal done. The vehicle was in great shape as promised. This 5 star rating is because of Sam.
Buying my new Mazda was a very straightforward and easy process. My husband had previously purchased a vehicle from Holiday, and he was absolutely certain I would find them worth the drive. He was right.
My husband bought a Mazda from Holiday a few years ago and the salesman was fantastic! We have also brough the car here to get maintenance done and the service managers have been great as well. Fast to get things done and there is no question about the quality of work that is completed! (unlike a certain other popular car dealership that starts with a B.) We will keep bringing our Mazda here for service and possibly another purchase!
