Great service
I did not buy my Mazda at Holiday Mazda but I drive 45 minutes each way to bring it there for service. Yes, it is not the cheapest place to go for service but they are very thorough and professional- the entire staff. They clearly are customer service focused. In my opinion dealerships can be more expensive, but they should know the little details about the specific brand, and they really seem to. I like the way they explain what they did and what they recommend.
Sam really hustled to find the car I wanted, even going to pick it up himself and coordinating the window tint. This was by the easiest car buying experience ever and I am absolutely in love with my M3 turbo! They respected that I live an hour away from their dealership and made the most of text, emails, and calls so I could do everything in less trips and still walk away feeling well cared for.
