My mother and I went in to buy her a new car. Logan and Taylor were awesome to work with! Super easy going, willing to answer and help her with any questions she or I had. Logan spent at least a half hour with my mother going through all the electronics and features to her new car as she was upgrading to something almost 15 years newer. Taylor was also a rockstar with helping her as well and providing an exciting experience to her as she is someone who will avoid the dealerships at all costs. Took my CX5 in for a liftgate failure diagnosis. They charged me $170 for this. BUT... they spent WAY MORE time going over my whole car (not needed or asked for) to make a fancy video to try and upsell me. It only took about 5 min to plug in a scan tool to access the can-bus to verify the hatch issue. I paid for your tech to inspect my car. NOT cool. I came in with my father to get my first car and I was so blessed to have John to help! We looked at numerous cars and were kind of all over the place, but John handled it with such grace and patience and helped us come to a final decision. John was very helpful with his personal experience, patient, and energy! Taylor was also extremely helpful with the finances, which I personally had many questions about (given I am a first time buyer).
