Recently purchased a 2019 CX-5 from Holiday. Turns out this vehicle had the driver door repainted, and the color is not a match. I am disappointed in myself for not seeing this, but it is harder to notice in the sunshine like it was the entire week of purchase, and when they had it all buffed up and sparking. I am more disappointed in Holiday for not mentioning this and being forthcoming about the issue. Amazing experience every time! Shellby was great at answering any questions I had and was extremely friendly. Brenton did a great job with all the repairs on my car. The waiting room is always nice and clean whenever I’m waiting. I always feel like my car is brand new every time they’re done with it. 10/10 recommend!!! Customer service was great
Scheduled and appointment for 9 am Saturday morning to look at a used CX-50. Upon arrival met with salesman and began the process. Went to test drive vehicle and upon opening the door instantly smelled cigarettes. Took vehicle for a test drive anyways. Once we returned I notice the burn hole in back seat, curb rash on wheels and tires that wouldn't be good enough for the remainder of summer. None of this was disclosed prior to coming.
