Old apartments and outdated appliances. Laundry facilities are also old. Move-out fees are ridiculous. They charge for stuff that was already there when you moved in like unwashable marks on the bathtub. The toilet was also clogged the day we moved out and we put in a maintenance request, so we were unable to clean it. They charged us for that as well. Subpar experience overall.
