I had excellent service with Holiday Ford. From the time they pick up my SUV at my home . They then did the service , washed and cleaned the SUV, then brought it back to my house. While they had my SUV they gave me a Lincoln Loaner....Great Service Sandy
Purchased my first vehicle here and it was a very positive experience. The vehicle I wanted wasn't easy to find but salesperson chased it for over 3 weeks, all while keeping me fully updated and responding to my questions very quickly. Overall, process from initial contact through to deal closing and vehicle exchange was very positive
First time going to Holiday Ford as I just moved to Peterborough from New Brunswick. So happy with the sales person Zack who was patient, kind and knowledgeable about all the products offered by Ford. Will recommend him to family and friends. Love my new 2025 Ford Escape.

I had a very difficult visit with Holiday Ford and certainly not what I wanted for my first visit with this store. I wanted to establish a friendship with a trusted partner. Sad to report there will be no trust given to them on my part. I took my Lincoln in for a check engine light and it turned into a complete nightmare.
