Run down and poorly managed hotel. They sent me a text message at 8 a.m. after I checked in asking me how things were, 1 to 5, and I rated it a 3. Or took 18 hours for them to follow up to ask me why I only rated them a 3. One of the reasons was that when I came into my room the toilet was constantly running. I jiggled the handle to no avail.
