Checked out today and had a nice 2n stay. This hotel is wrapping up a renovation while transitioning to another exciting brand. Very sophisticated and more business clientele oriented feel. Room and corridors were clean and spacious! Food & beverage staff were very kind and extra hospitable. Location is great too, tons of shopping and restaurants seconds away from property.

The room itself was very clean and the front desk was super nice. They recently switched to duvets and they are really soft, light, and comfortable.. However, they are doing construction and I feel that it should be mentioned on the website. Also, the hotel only has one operating elevator which can, at times, cause a very frustrating wait.

This was my go to hotel when staying in Huntington now will half to find a new one.They aren’t the holiday inn anymore it is not delta by Marriott!! The stay was ok. Room was nice and clear because of the remodel. There was no hot water for taking showers. I got up early each mornings of my stay to no hot water. Went down and told them at the desk and staff said that they where sorry. Being an igh member I was giving no money off my stay or points for my issue.
