This is a good hotel in Bentonville/ Rogers . Clean . Staff is good . However- fix your gym equipment! It’s been broken for forever! Two treadmills: one has a slipping belt the other is a non starter. The elliptical doesn’t start . The rest of the stuff is lame . Close the gym or fix it. The broken gym taints an otherwise positive experience
Gym is horrible. Breakfast I don't do here. But hotel and rooms are v good. No question about em
From the moment we walked in, We had excellent customer service. Sherry at the front desk, helped us get our reservation straight and hooked us up with 2 amazing joining suites. Then in the morning, Fernando made our omelets exactly how we liked them. Yum! Thank you for caring and listening to our needs and making our visit Great!
Put in room right behind elevator listened to that all night if ever go back will request away from it.
