Very kind staff. But power outage in the area revealed a whole hotel filled with emergency lights that DO NOT work. Completely unacceptable. Here for one night with two seniors citizens and two small children. Our room is pitch black, the stair well is pitch black, hallways have nothing but red exit signs.

Old and dated and recent renovation was barely a renovation in progress. Pretty sad. They changed the paint and carpet, but still old furniture. Not up to IHG standards.
