Yolanda Garcia and Benny were the best at the front desk. Two other ladies were rude and checked people in early and let us sit there for an hour and told us they had no rooms for us to check in early. They accommodated about 5 people for three different rooms on the same floor. And were going to make us wait 2 hours until yolanda came out. She was awesome. I was very satisfied. It was a little pricey they gave us AARP and Club discounts so it wasn't too bad. We didn't have a car which would have been $40 more for parking, but we did get a nice "American" breakfast included. The SOMA area is a bit rough in spots but not really a cause for concern. The central location (Civic Center/UN Plaza) was perfect for easy access to Bart and Muni. It was even located across the street from the Orpheum Theater � for all Broadway fans!! Highly recommended!!
