I asked to change rooms in the morning, and was told no problem we can do it any time after 3pm. We finally show up after an extremely long day, asked at the front desk and was told no...it’s too late! I explained what I was told in the am and nothing...it was too late at night. Then we turn around to go eat dinner in the dining area...lights out at 8pm, they are supposed to open until 10! We ask why it’s closed, because they weren’t busy. Breakfast is not free and it cost to much to stay there.
