The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Safe and convenient to our volleyball tournament. Close to plenty of places to shop and eat. Enjoyed our stay.
The staff at this property is amazing! They are super friendly and helpful - it is great to feel so comfortable when away from home!
This is such a nice property. The staff is friendly and welcoming and I love the breakfast selection. It is hard to find places with turkey sausage.
My recent stay here was spectacular! Stoney was very helpful and pleasant.. My room was super clean, and the housekeepers were very prompt on anything i needed.. Breakfast the next morning was great way to start my day.. I will be back and i will make sure everyone knows what a wonderful hotel this is..Management is doing a great job!!!
We will stay again on our next visit to Raleigh. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome.

It really seems like the upkeep is minimal. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. The light fixtures in the bathroom are visibly rusting. Many of the floors smell faintly of cigarette smoke. I assume it is due to the ventilation system. Staffing/management is a real problem. Our first two days required calls to request housekeeping. The first day we were out of luck. I guess I've been spoiled by spending 45 days on Marriott properties this year. I have long time affiliation with IHG so decided to give them a try on this short visit to RDU, but have learned my lesson.
