Very hospitable staff and Welcoming demeanor.
The staff's are very friendly, food is delicious plenty of food choices. The hotel surroundings are very clean and smells refreshing what I mostly like is that they are pet friendly and minutes away from ocean front 6 minutes drive. Overall I give this hotel a 10+ I'll definitely be returning for another stay...special thanks to Jeff he's awesome and friendly very helpful with attractions information
Hotel was nice. The bed are quit high off the floor but comfortable. The pool is very small. Other guest were in the pool and there fake eyelashes and fake hair was all over the pool. My children were disgusted and refused to get back in. There was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. Will stay elsewhere when we come back to the area.
If you have small children I do not recommend staying here. My son moves in his sleep, like most children do. He fell out of bed and it has now traumatized him. Beds here are extremely high up, as if they are sitting on two box springs. Also a little disappointed. I understand we are experiencing a pandemic with COVID, but it would have been nice to know that the pool wasn’t open (BEFORE) check in. A note on the website would have been nice.

Thankful we're only staying one night. Our room, common areas and overall hotel is unacceptably dirty. Staff did offer a small credit and additional points. Unfortunately, what was offered is not even compareable to us paying over $500 for one night. We are very disappointed IHG Platinum Rewards members.
