Two nights in a row there have been people on our floor yelling and slamming doors after 11pm. The hotel doesn’t seem to care about this. Every time our child gets to sleep they do it again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with small child stem or anyone who’s wanting to actually get some sleep.
RecommendedThe hotel is very clean. The front desk lady was really nice. Taking her time to listened to the customer and apologized about not having pool and hot breakfast because of Covid thing. That she will going to report to the manager about updating the site since they are still advertising that the heated pool is open with hot breakfast. Overall everything was clean and quite room. Happy stay
This hotel is designed beautifully. I love the beautiful shades of blue and white very beachy! the rooms are very spacious! Everything looks fresh, clean and new! The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are wonderful! Everything is much nicer than Hilton!
Our stay was great. Rooms very clean, bed very comfortable the pool and jacuzzi was loved by the children. Would definitely stay again!!!!
We had a great stay. Hotel is extremely clean throughout, both the common areas and the rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds. Housekeeping staff did a great job every day of our stay. The free breakfast has a good variety.
This hotel was super clean. Breakfast was included and was very good. I loved the rooms and location. Great for families as the rooms are spacious. Staff was very friendly. The gym and pool were clean.
They had me at their coffee welcoming and ready all day in the lounge! Love the stay, staff was great! Would stay there again n recommend!
My room was clean n the bed sheets and mattress also but the business aspect is very poorly.. once I paid for my breakfast which was $ 12.00 the food was cold the service sucks...don't think I spend my money at this hotel again !!!
