buyer beware! after numerous calls even to corporate they would not refund 482.00 on a trip we couldn't take due to Covid19 travel restriction. I will be contacting BBB with a complaint.
Hotel review for holiday inn express and suites off caravan ct.... this is the right next to universal studios! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Spend your money on a universal resort I stayed in one of your suites this weekend. I split this cost with a friend of mine for us and our children to stay at for a fun weekend. We paid $160 plus the parking fee of $17 each! And this was just for Saturday night. I purchased voodoo donuts on Saturday night which were $20 . RecommendedGreat hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed and pillow is extremely comfortable but the greatest amenity/asset is Doris, the hotel clerk. She is very kind, helpful and quite entertaining. She greeted us with a welcoming smile every time we passed her. Thank you Doris for everything you did to make sure my sister had a great B-Day in Orlando and at your hotel! You rock!
The staff at the holiday inn nearest universal is extremely unprofessional and do not care about the guests staying there. To start I attempted to call the location before we arrived to ask about shuttle service. It was 7pm at night on 9/7. No one answered the phone after three attempts to call. While at the hotel we came back to our room after spending the day at universal. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. For the price and proximity near Universal Studios I would definitely stay here again!! Staff was on point even with the pandemic! Had breakfast packaged and ready to go !
