Great place, 20 minutes from rual property owned by family.
Terri (front desk) was amazing this past wknd when we visited for Parents’ WKnd. Tons of people, overpriced rooms, but she AND all staff we encountered were simply-the nicest. Extra pillows, no problem. Extra towels, no problem. We also experienced a medical emergency w/ our youngest (recent diagnosis) the morning we were leaving and there were no late checkouts. The room was good. Very short distance from University. Breakfast was good. It has been 4 weeks and my credit card deposit hasn’t been released! Unbelievable. Called hotel 2 weeks ago and nothing has beed resolved. They suggested to call credit card company. Credit card company stated hotel did not release deposit.
