Downtown but nothing nearby open in the evening. Expensive. Would not let me see a room (to decide if it was suitable for my visiting family) unless I first reserved one.
The Holiday Inn on Brevard Street was the perfect location for us as our daughter had orientation at FSU. When we arrived for check-in on 3/23/25, Austin handled all our requests with great proficiency. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The room was comfortable, and the service was efficient.
Our room was advertised as having a couch. It is a chase lounge that can not be pulled out.
