I travel weekly for work and will usually stay in one to two different hotels per week. This location was by my least pleasant experience. The woman who check me in was really short and unhelpful. She seemed inconvenienced when I asked questions. Cleanliness of the room was a 6/10. There was dired food on the floor around the trashcan, there was hair on the shower walls and on the floor around tub. There was a dried substance on the nightstand. Not the quality we are used to from the IHG brand, especially at the price we paid, $148. Would not recommend staying at this location unless you are desperate. The entrance getting into the hotel is not convenient. They did have well lit open and garage parking available once you got through the maze. Our first room had a very stale smell and the heat didn't work; we stayed during a cold snap. After a visit to the front desk, we were provided a new room down the hall.
