Check your bill! They added "amenity fee" charges after the fact that were not mentioned during the booking process. IHG corporate agreed these fees should not have been charged and neither I nor corporate could get an explanation from the hotel. Corporate recommended I dispute the charges, which I did (and won the dispute).

***** update, one year later! Checked into the hotel on March 1st. The room we were assigned was very dirty. Two of the pillows were severely stained. It looks like the bed was just remade with the same sheets from the previous guest. My wife wiped the floor in the bathroom with a face cloth and it came up black. We went to the front desk and complained and were assigned a different room. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and very helpful. The second room had only one pillow stained. The breakfast is meh 🫤, they didn’t have flour for the pancake machine (pancake machine broken was another excuse) only apples as fruit, no variety of yogurt. Cinnamon rolls old and hard as burned cookie…otherwise bedroom ok, coffee ok

Loved our stay here at holiday inn! Came just for a day for a funeral and I really just had to write a review for the amazing front desk woman diane! She was an absolute pleasure, very kind and provided great service! Would definitely stay here again!
