The location of this hotel to Shenandoah National Park is great. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it is hotel breakfast. You can't expect too much. My only complaint is that there were a few hairs in the shower upon arrival and a little brown stain on the sheets. Otherwise, the price, service, and location are great!

Excellent service, spotless rooms, loved playing pool in the lobby! That was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. Would stay here again 100%!

The room smelled a bit like dog when we came in, but otherwise the room was tidy. However, the bar across the way was BLASTING hard rock that literally woke up my baby with our sound machine on full blast. The staff was very pleasant and nice- mentioned a few guests have left due to the nose issue. They said it should end by 11. I’m so exhausted and so is my baby… terrible that they have to deal with this freaking noise nuisance!
