Little bit of a pain to get to and out of
Mattresses are old and sagging
I really enjoy staying here when in the area. Rooms and general facility is nice and up to date. Super clean - staff does a great job. Breakfast is good. Location is awesome… the mall, other shopping, and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.
Stacy made my stay here well worth it!! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in hotels for sure! Noticing one of my beds in my room wasn’t up to par, she allowed us to change rooms no problem and she even makes these cute little knick knacks for guests to take home!
