Great Hotel, a great home away from home. Great employees, makes you feel like family. Best hotel in Tampa.
This is the third time I have stayed here &!it is by far one of the best HIExpress hotels in the US. Have never seen management & staff work so hard to take care of their customers. 2 years I stayed here & they were under construction. They went above broad, serve red ice cream in the evenings, the manager showed at 6 am for breakfast & actually catered a full breakfast to all the guests, stoping by each table apologizing for the construction. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is great and the kids loved the free ice cream at night. Will definitely be staying there when I am back in Tampa.
The staff is very polite and courteous. Housekeeping is great. Couldn’t really ask for a better place while on vacation.
