Would NOT recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling for work. We booked a total of 5 rooms. We had 2 trucks that each had trailers. We took up a total of 4 parking spaces. The hotel informed us that we can't have trailers in the parking lot, and that we would be charged fees. I called them and they told me that each room gets one free parking spot, but we would still be getting charged because we have trailers. They have gained our loyalty for life!! Not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, the breakfast hot with so many yummy options, the shuttle convenient and easy to schedule, they also went above and beyond for us when we accidentally forgot our daughters backpack with her tablet in the shuttle. We called them and within about 30 mins we had her backpack delivered to us at the airport so we could get through security before our flight… they even brought even though they didn’t have anyone scheduled for the morning shut... read more
One night stay needing to catch an next day early flight. Last minute booking, affordable. 5 minutes from airport. Shuttle to airport. All personnel on duty were polite, accommodating. And really gave 110% to accommodating to our family needs. Crib, breakfast, shuttle to airport, luggage delivery to airport a second time since we left it in the shuttle. Thank you for an outstanding effort to helping us out.
Stayed a weekend. Was here for a concert. Secure parking after gates closed, key needed to open. All friendly, nice rooms, good breakfast..id stay again.
Clean, very professional. They make you feel safe, and welcomed. They give you water, and snacks when you check in. Breakfast is good, and plenty to choose from.
