The location is great, but the service and room conditions were extremely disappointing. My room was full of ants, and I reported the problem to the front desk at 6:00 AM. When I returned around 3:00 PM, nothing had been done—the ants were still everywhere, and they are still there. I understand that issues can happen, but what is unacceptable is reporting a serious problem early in the morning and having absolutely no resolution hours later. Don't stay in room 101. It's very loud. Staff stand outside the door talking all the time. You can hear machinery like a lift or something all night.

Unfortunately, our experience was highly unsatisfactory and I cannot recommend your property. We were staying here for a dance competition and looked for a quiet space to practice. This morning, we found the "California A" meeting room completely open and vacant. There was no signage indicating that entry was restricted or that permission was required.
