Pretty good overall. Air conditioners act weird and are clearly outdated so they need to get on that. Also need more soundproofing between the rooms.

we used this as a halfway point from cleveland ohio to bar harbor, everything was super clean, pool was small but very clean. Overall a comfortable stay only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the room we stayed in 225 had difficulty maintaining a comfortable temp. We woke up multiple times in the night freezing but then would immediately become extremely hot when AC was lowered.

Excellent experience at this Holiday Inn location,.. five stars all around. Bo at front desk very helpful in booking our stay. We have stayed twice and will continue to stay at this location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Grace was awesome assisting with breakfast. Highly recommend if traveling in Berkshires you will not be disappointed. Barry

This is our second time at this new property. We stayed for a conference at the hotel. During our conference week we had a blizzard come through and the hotel staff was incredible managing the storm. It turned out to be an incredible couple of days spent at the hotel using the meeting room. The event space was very clean and has a huge television! Our group took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub which we normally would not have. It was nice to see a hotel property with a hot tub. Looking forward to our next seminar at... read more
