Fire alarms going off in the morning without any explanation, the lady working at the front desk had a very condecesending tone when asking for clarification on check out times. This was my first time utilizing these sort of services and I wasn't aware of the process and wasn't given any information on my arrival. Overall service was pretty substandard and the location is awfully inconvenient. Wouldn't recommend.

We had a great stay this past weekend. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and super helpful! The breakfast was great and had many healthy options. Our room had two queen beds, which still had plenty of room to move around. I especially loved that the hallways were quiet in the evening, which helped as I like an early bedtime.
