I booked 4 rooms for 16 family members attending an outdoor event. The event was canceled due to very poor weather 3 days before. When I called the hotel, I was told I couldn’t get a credit or even a partial credit because I would have needed to cancel more than 5 days ahead. They had even already charged my card and there was nothing that could be done, no exceptions. Very poor customer service!
