nice clean rooms..comfortable beds/pillows...we slept good..nice view of the marina..pet friendly
The entire hotel is horrible. One elevator and it’s extremely slow. The air conditioner never blew cold air. The hotel just needs a major upgrade especially for the price you will be charged. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. For the money, find someone else much nicer with better amenities.
Drive 7 hours to get to this hotel and to discover they had cancel our reservations without contacting us! The reason was it was know way possible to contact us to confirm our reservations. We had received confirmation via email for reservations originally! We traveled with children during spring break and had no rooms! The young woman coldly stated “sorry we have no rooms for you, your reservations is canceled.” I have never experienced such treatment and will never stay at a holiday inn EVER!!
