I travel to the Mobile AL area often for work. My most favorite place to stay is at the Holiday Inn in Saraland. I often arrive late but I am always greeted by name and with a smile. The late night person Josh is so nice and accommodating. He always go above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I spoke to the manager on duty prior to checking out to make her aware of his service.
Beds felt greasy as well as the floors. Other than that average hotel little over priced due to the conditions. In the room was a rusty pipe wrench on the floor. I assumed they just fixed the bathrooms and the beds.
Overall stay was good. The toilet ran all the time and was fairly loud and there was some mold growing in the corners of the bathroom. The main reason I didn't change rooms was because the A/C blew COLD and I didn't want to get a room where that wasn't the case.
Amazing breakfast.
