Quick night away and this was the perfect place to enjoy it. Our room overlooked the pool and hot tub and the in-room jacuzzi was absolutely fabulous! The girl who checked us in in the evening on 8/29/2026 was amazing. The staff the next morning was what kept my review from being 5 stars. The housekeeper on floor 4 asked us if we were "leaving this hell hole," which I thought was inappropriate and the girl at the front desk couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone when I stopped to speak to her. To any woman traveling solo: don't stay here! I Would not stay here again. The hallways are dark, not well lit and just made me overall uncomfortable to be myself. I got into my room and things were worse, carpet is coming up so much that I can see the subfloor. The shower is rusted and dirty, and the toilet had a hair on the seat. I should have asked for a cleaner room but just didn't feel safe going down the hall. Many weird sounds and just an overall ick feeling staying here. The comforter had a stain on it.
