The AC was leaking, which made it pretty humid and stuffy in the room. But the breakfast was opened on time! Looks like it was recently renovated but it's just not as nice as what I would expect
good service bad tv some rooms don’t have A/C also pool closed and dirty shower had cold water overall a bad experience … doesn’t fits holiday inn experience
The staff was nice but the rooms were dirty and had stuff left everywhere (crumbs, used rags, old waterbottles) it was like they didn't even clean. I wouldn't stay here ever again, and now I'm wary of any Holiday Inn.
The entry is nice and smells great!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only hiccup I found is with the rooms not having a curtain that blocks out the light only a sheer pull down shade. And if you ever go to a hotel where there are children...take the top floor because it could be a restless night.
